US President Donald Trump has issued a final warning to Hamas regarding the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas.
Writing a post on the social network Truth, Trump said, "For Israel, I am sending everything that it needs to complete its work." If they don't listen to me, not a single member of Hamas will be safe.' Trump has previously written, "Hamas will pay a heavy price if the hostages are not released." However, it is not clear what kind of aid he is sending to Israel.
He has warned not only to release the hostages but also to return the bodies of the dead immediately. Release all the hostages immediately. No later and immediately return the bodies of those whom you have killed. Otherwise, everything will be destroyed," wrote Trump warning.
The BBC mentioned that he said that this is the last warning and that the time has come for the Hamas leadership to leave Gaza.
He said, "A beautiful future awaits the citizens of Gaza. But now you cannot keep hostages. If you don't agree, you will die.'
Trump's threat came after a meeting with a group of Israeli hostages at the White House. They were recently released during the ceasefire.
