US Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg has said that Washington, Moscow and Kiev will participate in the talks. He said that he will not attend the talks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Kiev has not been invited to the talks scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia. He says that Ukraine is not planning to send any delegation. European leaders have objected that America is proceeding with peace talks with Russia without consulting Europe.
Ukraine's European allies are meeting in Paris, France next week for an emergency summit on the war. Kellogg says that Europe was not invited to the talks. He claims that many parties were involved in the earlier talks and could not reach a conclusion.
