About 40 percent of the North Korean soldiers deployed in the Russia-Ukraine war have been killed. Three months ago, 11,000 to 12,000 North Korean soldiers arrived in the Kursk region to help Russia in the war.
According to Western countries and South Korean officials, more than 4,000 of the soldiers sent to fight by North Korea have died. According to the BBC, the number of injured, missing and hostages is said to be in the number.
It is said that 1,000 soldiers were killed by January out of 4,000. Western officials say they do not know where the wounded North Korean soldier is being treated.
