What did Kesang Helmu do at the age of 27? Did he not taste the failed business, did he not work as a painter, did he not become a waiter, did he not dream of becoming a lahure, did he not wander to many places with a passport to go abroad. For the last few years, he has been busy with one thing, that is hiking and making interesting videos of it and posting it on social media. He is not only enjoying this work, he is also making a public introduction.
Born and brought up in Kathmandu, Kesang used to walk along the forest paths with his mother when he went to his maternal home in Nuwakot. From that walk, his mind was drawn to the forest and nature. Mother's village Nuwakot and father's village Helambu. Earlier there was no vehicle facility. I had to walk,'' Kesang says, remembering the old days.
Kesang is known as 'The Happy Hikers' on Insta and Reel. His videos about food, hiking and travel have been liked by many. Kesang also doesn't forget to make videos with Tukka for the audience who love him like this .
'I have a lot of fun . Even though he is getting older, he feels more like a child," he says, "He likes to make friends and mingle with small children. You can also learn from them. I get along with everyone so you see me happy .'
But there are also pains behind the happiness that Kesang is sharing now. Graduated in Business. Make a passport. But the visa did not take . I also tried many places abroad. The date of the passport has expired. I don't think visa is required,'' Kesang says, 'and I used to go hiking every Saturday. That too was not completed . Worked on painting the Buddhist Stupa . Then worked as a waiter in a restaurant . After working, he thought of starting his own business. He tried his hand at business, but he also failed here.
'I did a lot of work . I worked as a waiter in a restaurant from 5 to 11. Sometimes the rent was reduced,' he said, 'at that time I thought I should start my own business. But the business sank .'
Kesang, who had entered the business to do something, was disappointed when he sunk his father's money. But now he remembers that moment and laughs and says, 'My customer service business was . When the business went down, the father said, 'Syabas.' But with the love and support of the family, Kesang's dream of sharing happiness has been awakened. "Even when I finished 12th standard, I had not even visited Jamal and Asan". "I used to use my mobile phone at home," he says, "I got depressed after doing nothing."
He didn't go out fed up with himself . He used to help work at home . The family was worried that Kesang would make bad decisions. But he learned to move forward from all these failures. Started hiking. Started making a video of it. What are the challenges of
