At the age of 14, Abhigya Ghimire not only caught the eye of many people after she became a philistine on the stage of Saregam Lite Champ. It resonated in the ears of many. Abhigya once again proved the magic of her voice by filling in the songs of one of the celebrities of modern music in the Paleti series started by Nepalaya.
From Fatteman Rajbhandari to Kumar Subba and from Premadhwaj to Bhim Virag, from Amar Gurung to Yogesh Vaidya, Abhigya's talent seemed to prove itself. Abhigya has no desire to stick to any genre of music and sing. He has his Sources want to be known as a versatile singer. He believes that it can be sung for all generations if it is versatile. Versatility is with me. It is not that I like this genre . I like everything,' she said.
While in Saregam, Abhigya founded 'The Surtal Band' along with her friend Alok Ghimire. She is the only female member of this band of sa members . She said, "We are running the band in a fusion way". We have also performed in Jatra and Mass.'
Abhigya, who sang a song last year and went on a band tour in Dharan, Bardibas, Nawalparasi, recounted her memories of singing in collaboration with Varsha Karmacharya in Dharan. She said, 'Around Kathmandu, we have sung as the opening band for Kuma Sagar and others.'
