Internet service providers have said that if the situation is as it is now, the internet will not be able to be used until tonight. He warned that high usage of VPN will increase international bandwidth consumption and lead to internet congestion.
Sudhir Parajuli, president of ISPAN and Subisu Cable Net, an umbrella organization of service providers, said that if the internet situation continues as it is now, it will not be usable from evening onwards. 'Due to excessive traffic congestion on the internet, the internet will slow down and server timeout will occur,' he said, 'Then the overall quality of the internet will become unusable.'
Parajuli informed that the international bandwidth consumption and traffic has increased rapidly since Monday . His experience is that VPN use has increased to access social networks that are banned during the Zen-G movement throughout the day . Parajuli clarified that not being 'usable' means not being able to 'load' internet content . "The Internet becomes so 'slow' due to so much traffic that information cannot reach the 'demanded' IP," he further explained, That's why the server keeps timing out. And, no internet content is loaded .'
Parajuli said that no service providers have made any changes to loosen the restrictions of social networks and the blocks have not been loosened. "Although we were asked to remove the block related to our calendar yesterday, no other instructions have come," he said.
On Monday afternoon, when apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram started running smoothly, there was talk that the service provider did not block the IP to make Zen-G easy to communicate.
