The famous American AI chip manufacturer, Nvidia, is going to export 18,000 advanced semiconductor chips to Saudi Arabia. For this, Nvidia has partnered with the AI startup 'Humen' under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia.
The agreement was made during the visit of US President Donald Trump to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE. It has been informed that Nvidia's latest Blackwell AI chips will be used in Humen's 500 megawatt capacity data center. Forbes reported that the Saudi Arabia-US investment forum held in Riyadh informed about this.
Nvidia said that the chips to be sent in the first phase will be 'GB 300 Blackwell'. Meanwhile, Qualcomm has also contracted with Humen to build data center CPUs. AMD has also said that it is making a deal with Humen. Humen plans to invest up to 10 billion dollars to prepare AI hardware infrastructure with a capacity of 500 megawatts within five years .
Saudi Arabian company DataVault has announced that it will invest $20 billion in AI data centers in the US . With the release of this news, Nvidia's share price has risen and CEO Jensen Huang's wealth has reached about 120 billion dollars, according to Forbes.
The deal between Nvidia and Humen was one of the highlights of the Saudi-US investment forum held in Riyadh on Wednesday . US President Trump also participated in the event.
