Nvidia, which makes semiconductor chips and artificial intelligence (AI) related products, has made some important announcements at its technology conference called 'GTC 2025'. At the conference held this week, the head of the company, Jenson Huang, has announced that he will increase investment in advanced semiconductors, AI, robotic technology, automated vehicles and infrastructure and bring ambitious products.

Nvidia has also announced new partnerships with companies including General Motors, Google DeepMind, and Disney. In addition, the company plans to help American companies by purchasing electronic materials worth more than 5 billion US dollars in the next few years.

At the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) held on March 18 and currently underway virtually, Nvidia announced  Blackwell has released an attractive new product for AI and high capacity processing such as GPU called Ultra graphics processing unit, superchip called Vera Rubin, operating system called Nvidia Dynamo.

In order to support the new American administration's policy that American companies should localize their products and technology, Huang said that Nvidia will work with the US as the center of AI material supply . He also mentioned that some big Chinese technology companies and especially Huawei are his strong competitors. He said that in collaboration with General Motors, they will develop advanced automatic vehicles based on AI and build infrastructure including AI factories to replace traditional data centers.

Nvidia, which has become the most influential and valuable company in the world with the boom of AI technology, has estimated that the cost of such AI factories will be more than 10 trillion US dollars by 2028. Huang claims that Nvidia's next product will be a game changer in the increasing use of AI technology and that AI computing needs to be increased by 100 times.

'Blackwell Ultra is a revolutionary leap in AI performance and will set new standards in research and commercial applications of a wide-ranging nature,' he said.

Nvidia has announced that it has started building the Newton physics engine in collaboration with Disney and Google DeepMind. The company expects this to further advance robotics. Disney plans to use this technology for its new entertainment robots, particularly the BDX droids associated with Star Wars. "There has been significant progress in making (andro-humanoid) robots that look and work like humans," Huang said, "within the next 5 years, you will find such robots walking around and working in the market." The 'Isaac Groot One Model' exhibited at the

conference has also received a lot of discussion. It is a new foundational model for humanoid robots. This technology will enable robots to understand the environment and interact effectively .

After these announcements, there has been a big movement in the AI market. According to Srini Pajjuri, an expert on semiconductors, Nvidia is at the forefront in the development of AI technology. "Especially the concept of AI factories and Blackwell GPU technology, I anticipate a big impact on the market," he said. However, after these announcements, Nvidia's share price fell somewhat.

Along with dipsic, some Chinese companies and increased competition in the market put Nvidia under pressure to announce new products and partnerships to maintain its influence in the AI field. Reuters noted that the company used its program as an effort to ensure compliance.

At the beginning of 2025, the arrival of one Chinese AI platform after another caused a significant decline in Nvidia's share price . Analysts are of the view that the company's latest announcement has tried to appease investors in the background of the market price falling to 10 billion US dollars in one week.
