I could not raise my voice alone because the big leaders and leaders of this village kept me in the camp," said Shahi, a member of the ward. "After becoming a representative, I tried to leave the camp many times. But she couldn't dare to stay at home when all the people and leaders of the society said that if they don't respect the society and the family, they will be boycotted.

She said that she started not going to the barn after two people were killed by stones while sitting on a fence hanging a tripal to prevent menstruation in her ward.

'Now I have decided to stay at home and keep my daughter at home as well . Now I don't care what the society says,' she said. I am a woman living in this village forever. Now I started from my home . I will now lead the campaign to remove this bad practice.'
