Nepal managed to collect only three points from five matches in the tournament and finished at the bottom of the league table. Previously, Nepal had also lost to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Kazakhstan. In the tournament featuring a total of six teams, the top four teams will advance to the semifinals.
