The First Kathmandu Khelmandal (NRT) Nepal Top 16 Grand Masters Snooker Championship is set to take place. Organized by Kathmandu Khelmandal (NRT), the tournament will be held at the club’s building in Tripureshwar from July 28 to August 7.
The winner of the tournament will receive a champion’s trophy along with a cash prize of 111,111 rupees. The 16 participants in the tournament have been divided into 4 groups. The top 2 players from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
President Sundar Narsingh Joshi expressed at a press conference held on Monday that he believes the tournament will contribute to the development of snooker.
