In the Icon Women category, Deepa Deuba of kabaddi, Pooja Sawad of athletics and Deepa Jaisi of taekwondo have been nominated. The main sponsor of the award is the Sudurpaschimanchal Academy (SPA), while the Sudurpaschim Province Sports Council has already signed an agreement with the organizer Nepal Sports Journalists Forum Kailali as the main promoter of the award program.
