The third edition of 'Nepal Fastest Bowler' organized by Worldlink has concluded.
The company has announced that around 2,500 bowlers from across the country are participating in the competition, which will be held in 23 cities across the country for about two months.
In this year's competition, Abhishek Koirala set a new record in the history of the competition by bowling at a speed of 133 kilometers per hour, the company said in a statement.
Earlier, Pradeep Jaiswal won the first edition by bowling at a speed of 125 kilometers per hour and Hikmat Mahara won the second edition by bowling at a speed of 130 kilometers per hour.
Another attraction of the competition was Bir Bahadur Gharti, who also demonstrated his ability by exceeding the speed of 130 kilometers per hour, the company said in a statement.
The competition was contested in four categories covering different ages and levels.
