With excellent teamwork and impressive performance, Hetauda-7 has won the title of the sixth Mayor's Cup Football Tournament-2083 for the second consecutive time. 

Hetauda-7 became the champion again after defeating Hetauda-14 by 2-0 goals in the final held at the Padampokhari Stadium in Hetauda-13 on Saturday.

Sushant Dong scored a goal in the 32nd minute of the competitive match to give Hetauda-7 the lead. Then, in the 64th minute, Jeevan Lama added another goal, and Hetauda-7 secured the title with an easy victory.

The winner of the tournament, which was organized by Hetauda-13 since Asad 5, Hetauda-7 received a trophy and a cash prize of Rs 200,000. The runner-up, Hetauda-14, settled for Rs 100,000. 

The best player of the tournament, Sujan Lama of Hetauda-7, received a cash prize of Rs 25,000. Similarly, Vijay Khadka of Hetauda-7 was declared the best goalkeeper, Sujal Shrestha (Hetauda-7) the best defender, Sunil Gol (Hetauda-7) the best midfielder, Anup Rana (Hetauda-14) the best forward, and Naitik Thapa (Hetauda-7) the best coach. They each received Rs 10,000 as awards.

The most disciplined player award went to Raju Lama of Hetauda-7 and Pritam Gongba of Hetauda-14. They each received Rs 25,000 in cash.
