Annapurna Spiker Team is owned by Sumira Sports Ventures Pvt. Ltd. The team owner of Annapurna, which represents Gandaki, is Meena Tripathi Limbu. The team consists of Subodh Tripathi, Rajvi Tripathi and Karna Thapa. Team representative Karna Thapa said that he joined volleyball while playing cricket and football and pledged to present the glory of Gandaki in the NVL, including the Annapurna Himal.

Karnali Shivraj is owned by Laksara Pvt. Ltd. Its owners are Krishna BK, Ashok Bhatta, Santosh BK. The team includes former national players Lalita Nath, Vijay Basyal and Bivek Bikram Adhikari. The same team owns Karnali Yashvis in the women's franchise league. Ashok Bhatta of Karnali reminded that despite the Karnali wicket, many talents have been born in sports and said that his team is based on strength.

Kathmandu Reds is owned by Quest Sports Management Pvt. Ltd. The team owners are Umesh Lal Shrestha, Subin Shrestha, Uttam Kumar Shrestha, Prithvi Rajbhandari and Kumar Anurag. Ashesh Pradhan is the creative head of the team. Sunny Rajbhandari and Bani Rajbhandari own Sagarmatha Smashers.

Similarly, people associated with the theatre have taken ownership of Khaptad Falcons. They include Raj Shah, Sabraj Bhandari, Sanjiv Upreti, Sirjana Regmi, Pankaj Sharma, among others. Khaptad owner Raj Shah said that the volleyball league is also a bridge connecting personalities from different fields and considered it a privilege to be the champion of Nepali volleyball.

Another franchise team, Madhesh Warriors, has been taken ownership by Compass Entertainment Network Pvt. Ltd. Its owners are Sandeep Shah and Pranab Mahat. Sandeep Shah said that his team aims to make a positive contribution to volleyball and will take talented players from Madhesh to the national level.

The NVL should be completed by the second week of Bhadra. The league will be held at the Rakhep Covered Hall in Tripureshwor. Nepal Volleyball Association President Jitendra Bahadur Chand said that having a franchise league for both women and men is a happy aspect for Nepali volleyball. The women's franchise league has completed two editions. Nepal's national sport, volleyball, needs an international-level indoor covered hall and the state should pay attention to it, he said. He said, "The state itself will build the infrastructure, the association will play a coordinating role and make the game dynamic. If we have our own indoor hall, Nepali volleyball will reach heights."
