Rajan Rokaya of Jumla has won the title of the Extreme 3rd Kankrebihar Half Marathon. Rokaya completed the stipulated 21-kilometer race in 1 hour, 9 minutes and 31 seconds.

Rokaya received a prize of Rs 150,000.

Similarly, in the competition sponsored by Extreme Energy Drinks, Binod Rokaya of Kalikot came second and Gopichandar Parki of the departmental team APF came third.

Santoshi Shrestha of Dhading won the title of the women's 10-kilometer race. She completed the stipulated distance in 36 minutes. Purnalakshmi Neupane of Jumla came second and Sirjana Pandey of Bajura came third in the race.

Krishna Rana of Surkhet won the title of the women's 5-kilometer race. She completed the stipulated distance in 20 minutes. Similarly, Anil Shahi of Kalikot came first in the men's 5-kilometer race.

The event has been organized by the Mid-Western Fitness Center, Surkhet, with the financial support of the Karnali Provincial Sports Development Council, on the occasion of Olympic Day every year.

To embody the slogan 'Karnali is running', the Mid-Western Fitness Center has been conducting and managing the competition for the past two years in coordination with the Karnali Sports Development Council.
