Brazil takes easy lead

Brazil were comfortably 3-0 up at the end of the first half of their World Cup 2026 match against Haiti. Matthijs Cunha scored twice and Vinicius Junior scored once for Brazil. Cunha scored in the 23rd and 36th minutes, before Junior added a third in injury time. Brazil need a win to advance to the knockout stages of the tournament.

Brazil's key player Neymar was also absent from their second group stage match against Haiti on Saturday morning. Rafinha, Cunha and Vinicius Junior are in charge of Brazil's attack. Brazil, which has not kept a clean sheet in its last six matches, took a two-goal lead inside 36 minutes in its Group C match against Haiti.
