Nepal's international taekwondo referee Ashok Khadka will officiate at four world ranking taekwondo tournaments.
Ashok will officiate at the G-4 Oceania Open, G-3 WT President's Cup and G-2 Australian Open. He will initially officiate at the G-2 Taekwondo tournament to be held in Gold Coast, Australia.
He left for Australia on Saturday to officiate at the tournament. The tournament, organized by Australian Taekwondo and Oceania Taekwondo, will run from June 18 to 22. This is the fourth time he will officiate at the Australian Open. Earlier, he officiated at the Australian Open as an international referee in 2019, 2024 and 2025.
He is a second-class international referee for both Gyorogi and Pums from Nepal. He has been officiating at Para. Ashok, who has served as a judge in more than 50 world-class taekwondo competitions, is also the president of Nepalese Taekwondo Academy.
