Phidim Veterans Club has made public the income and expenditure of the third Veterans Gold Cup organized in Panchthar in the last week of Chaitra.
The club organized a press conference in Phidim on Sunday and made the income and expenditure public.
The presented income and expenditure states that the competition, which was held at the Jorpokhari Sports Ground in Hilihang Rural Municipality-6 from Chaitra 25 to 28, managed to save 136,000 rupees by cutting all expenses.
The club has stated that the competition received 1,390,500 rupees in income from organizations, donors and the local level and 1,070,500 rupees in expenditure.
The club's president Roshan Shrestha informed that the savings of 136,500 rupees were made by cutting all expenses of the competition.
Since the construction of the playground in Phidim has not been completed, the expenses have increased while organizing the game in Jorpokhari, so the attention of the stakeholders has been drawn to the completion of the under-construction ground as soon as possible.
