Sudurpaschim Province came second with 19 gold, 9 silver and 14 bronze medals, and Lumbini Province came third with 12 gold, 15 silver and 18 bronze medals. Gandaki Province came fourth with 5 gold, 2 silver and 18 bronze medals, while Koshi Province came fifth with 4 gold, 7 silver and 17 bronze medals. Madhesh Province came sixth with 3 gold, 6 silver and 6 bronze medals, and Karnali Province came seventh with 2 gold, 5 silver and 12 bronze medals.
686 players from seven provinces competed in athletics, volleyball, kabaddi, taekwondo, karate and wushu in the three-day competition.

Gandaki and Bagmati win in volleyball
Gandaki and Bagmati have won the volleyball title. Gandaki became the champion in the boys' category and Bagmati in the girls' category. Both the winning teams defeated Lumbini in the decisive set. In the boys' final held at the Rakhep Covered Hall in Tripureshwor, Gandaki defeated Lumbini in sets of 20-25, 24-26, 25-22, 25-17, 15-11. Sudurpaschim came third. In the girls' category, Bagmati defeated Lumbini 21-25, 22-25, 25-12, 25-21, 15-8. Karnali came third.
Lumbini's dominance in Kabaddi
Lumbini won the title in both the male and female Kabaddi competitions held at the National Table Tennis Training Center in Lainchaur. Lumbini's final opponent in both was Bagmati.
Lumbini defeated Bagmati by 37-32 points in the male final. Karnali and Gandaki came in joint third. Lumbini defeated Bagmati by 35-29 in the female title match. Sudurpaschim and Madhesh finished third.
Sudurpaschim's dominance in Wushu
Sudurpaschim dominated in Wushu, where 12 different events were contested. Bagmati won 3 gold medals, Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali won 1 gold medal each.
Bagmati Province won 5 gold medals in Taekwondo. Sudurpaschim and Madhesh won 2 gold medals each in the competition for 12 gold medals. While Karnali remained gold-less, Koshi, Gandaki and Lumbini won 1 gold each.
Similarly, in karate, Koshi won the most, 3 golds, 3 silvers and 5 bronzes. Lumbini won 3 golds and 5 bronzes, and Sudurpaschim won 3 golds and 4 bronzes. Bagmati won 2 and Madhesh won 1 gold. There was competition for 12 golds.
Bagmati won the most golds in athletics
Bagmati won the team champion trophy by winning the most 11 golds, 7 silvers and 5 bronze medals in athletics. There was competition in 26 events in athletics. Sudurpaschim Province won the second place with 8 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronzes, and Lumbini Province won the third place with 5 golds, 9 silvers and 5 bronzes. Gandaki Province won 2 golds, 2 silvers and 7 bronzes, and Karnali Province won 1 gold, 2 silvers and 3 bronzes. Gold-less Koshi Province won 2-2 silver and bronze. Madhesh Province became medal-less.
