The match, which started late due to rain, was reduced to 10 overs. Winning the toss and electing to bat, Sarlahi could only score 33 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 10 overs. Sarlahi's Samriddhi Bhujel scored the highest 18 runs while the other players could not score in double figures.
In the bowling department, Saptari's Sushmita Yadav performed brilliantly and took 3 wickets for the loss of only 2 runs in 2 overs. Sakshi Yadav took 2 wickets, Apeksha Yadav and Bandana Rajak took 1 wicket each.
Chasing the target, Saptari won easily losing only 1 wicket. Saptari's Jenisa Magar scored 11 not out, Sakshi Yadav scored 9 not out and Sushmita Yadav scored 8 runs. Sushmita Yadav, who performed excellently all-round in the match, was declared the 'Player of the Match'.
