He won his fourth title of the season and 15th of his career by beating Dinesh Prajapati and amateur Rahul Vishwakarma by 2 strokes at the Royal Nepal Golf Course on Friday with an even par 68 and a total of 11 under 261. Bhuvan received Rs 130,000.
Amateur Rahul and pro Dinesh had tied for second place with a total score of 9 under 263 on Friday with an equal 4 under 64. Dinesh, who came in second, won Rs 90,000. Shukra Bahadur Rai finished the day with an even par 68 and finished fourth with a total score of 8 under 264. He received Rs 70,000.
Neeraj Tamang also won Rs 55,000 for finishing fifth with an even par 68 and a total score of 7 under 265. Dhan Bahadur Thapa finished sixth with a 6-under 266 after playing 1-over 69. He earned 46,000.
Rame Magar finished seventh with a 5-under 267, Ravi Khadka eighth with a 4-under 268, Bhuvan Kumar Rokka with a 2-under 270 and amateur Swapnil Bhattarai finished tenth with a 1-under 271. Rame carded an even par 68, Ravi carded a 2-under 66 and Bhuvan carded a 1-under 67. They earned 39,000, 35,000 and 32,000 respectively.
Rahul won the title in the amateur category with a 9-under 263, beating Swapnil by 8 strokes. Swapnil finished second. He played 1-under 67 and scored an overall score of 1-under 271.
Bhuvan had a 3-stroke lead on the final day. While maintaining his lead, he completed both the front and back nine at even par 34. He birdied the fourth and fifth holes and made a double bogey on the ninth hole. After this, he saved par on all the holes of the back nine.
Rahul birdied the fourth and sixth holes and played the front nine at 2-under 32. After this, he also birdied the 10th, 11th and 13th holes and wasted a shot on the 15th hole. He also finished the back nine at 2-under 34.
Dinesh also finished both the front and back nine at 2-under 32. He wasted a shot on the third hole but birdied the fourth, sixth and seventh holes. After this, he also saved shots on the 10th and 16th holes.
The winners were awarded by Bidurraj Adhikari, Brand Manager of Surya Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Tashi Ghale, President of Nepal Golf Association, and Rabindraman Shrestha, President of PGA Nepal. This is the seventh tournament under the Surya Nepal Golf Tour 2025-26.
