Taekwondo duo Prem Limbu and Ayesha Shakya have won a silver medal at the 9th Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Championship.

Prem and Ayesha won silver in the mixed poomsae under 40 at the competition held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The previous day, Prem had won bronze in the men's single poomsae in the same age group. Prem received a walkover against Kuwait in the quarterfinals. Then, they were limited to bronze after losing to South Korean players by 8.9-8.6 points in the semifinals.
