Delhi Capitals kept their play-off hopes alive by beating Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Monday. The win took Delhi to 10 points and placed them seventh. Punjab are fourth with 13 points.

Batting first, Punjab scored 210 runs for the loss of five wickets in the match in Dharamsala. Opener Priyansh Arya and captain Shreyas Iyer scored 59 runs. In reply, Delhi posted 216 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 19 overs.

Captain Axar Patel and David Miller scored 51 runs for Delhi, who had started poorly. They recovered from a loss of four wickets when Delhi were 74 at one stage.
