In the women's singles at the National Table Tennis Training Center in Lainchaur on Friday, Nabita defeated Police's Sushmita Khadka 11-8, 9-11, 11-6, 13-11 and Bianka defeated Bhaktapur's Diya Deula 11-3, 11-9, 11-9.  Ivana defeated Bhaktapur's Diksha Dahal 11-2, 11-4, 11-2 and Yongi defeated Police's Rabina Maharjan 11-6, 7-11, 11-9, 13-11. In the semifinals, Ivana will play Yongi and Nabita will play Bianka.

200 players are competing in the competition organized by the Kholcha Pukhu Sports Sub-committee under the main sponsorship of Lalitpur Metropolitan City Ward 11. The total prize money of the competition, which includes 6 different events, is Rs 200,000.

The competition, which is being organized under the support of Lalitpur District Table Tennis Association and managed by Spin Events Pvt. Ltd., will conclude on Saturday.
