Batting after losing the toss, Ncell scored 131 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in the stipulated 10 overs. Anil Bhandari scored 74 runs in 33 balls and Samaj Poudel scored 48 runs in 20 balls.
Chasing a target of 132 runs, Subisu did not get off to a good start. The team managed to score 63 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 8 overs. Vivek Kumar Yadav scored 17 and Daman Chand scored 23 runs. Ncell's Neerajan Pariyar and Himal Chand took one wicket each.
Ncell's Anil Bhandari was adjudged the Player of the Match. ICFC Finance captain Suraj Timilsina was adjudged the Player of the Tournament.
