Nepal's second match against Bangladesh under the 6th Asian Beach Games underway in Sanya has been postponed due to bad weather. The scheduled match schedule was affected after light rain and gusty winds hit on Friday afternoon.

Nepal, which defeated Chinese Taipei 48-32 in the previous day's match, and Bangladesh, which defeated Thailand 48-28, were preparing to play on Friday. Team captain Manmati Bista said that the postponed match will be played the day after Sunday. Thailand and Nepal will compete on Saturday.

India, on the other hand, defeated Syria 64-22 in Friday's match to occupy the first place in Group 'B'. India defeated Sri Lanka 44-32 in Thursday's group stage match. Chinese Taipei, which suffered a defeat from Nepal yesterday, failed to qualify after losing to Thailand 48-28 on Friday.
