In the competition consisting of 6 sports, Tarkeshwor won 24 gold in athletics, 1 gold in volleyball, 1 gold in kabaddi, 9 gold in wushu, 6 gold in taekwondo and 3 gold in karate.
Chandragiri Municipality came second with 6 gold, 30 silver and 20 bronze and Nagarjuna Municipality came third with 5 gold, 8 silver and 16 bronze.
