Dorje Tamang scored the decisive goal for Gachiya to win the title. The goal he scored in the 87th minute of the game was decisive. Planning Boys captain Phaguram Tharu, who scored 6 goals throughout the competition, received a cash prize of Rs 25,000 for being the highest scorer. Yujan Rai of Rashtriya Jagriti Club was declared the emerging player. He received a 32-inch LED TV award.
Eight teams, including two foreigners, participated in the competition organized by the Rashtriya Jagriti Club. The competition began on Chaitra 30 and concluded on Monday.
