Gachiya won the title by defeating Budhasubba Gold Cup champion Planning Boys United by a margin of 1-0 in the night match of the 16th edition held at Itahari Stadium on Monday.

Dorje Tamang scored the decisive goal for Gachiya to win the title. The goal he scored in the 87th minute of the game was decisive. Yujan Rai of Rashtriya Jagriti Club was declared the emerging player. He received a 32-inch LED TV award.

Eight teams, including two foreigners, participated in the competition organized by the Rashtriya Jagriti Club. The competition began on Chaitra 30 and concluded on Monday.
