Rolling Club Dhulabari of Jhapa has entered the semi-finals of the fifth edition of the Ilam Gold Cup football tournament in Ilam.
Dhulabari defeated Phidim by a 3-0 goal margin in the second match of the first round held on Sunday evening and entered the semi-finals.
Rolling Dhulabari put Phidim under pressure from the beginning in the match held at the large Tundikhel ground in Ilam.
Pratap Singh Rai scored the first goal in the 24th minute of the match to give the team the lead. A minute later, Niraj Karki added another goal to give the team the lead.
Shortly after the start of the second half, Arun Meche scored the second goal again to make it 3-0 for the team.
