The Nepal chapter of the International Open Friendship Taekwondo Championship (IOFTC) has bid farewell to the Nepali team that participated in three separate international taekwondo competitions.
The IOFTC on Friday bid farewell to all three teams with tracksuits.
Nepal's Praveen Shrestha, Sandesh Adhikari and Ganesh Bahadur Khadka will compete in the Japan Open Taekwondo Championship to be held in Japan from April 24 to 26. Giri Bahadur Sunar is the team captain for this tournament. Sunar is the general secretary of the Nepal chapter.
Similarly, Sandeep Neupane will participate in the Malaysia Open Taekwondo to be held from May 2 to 3. Diwakar KC will participate as an official.
Nepal's Vision Tamang, Sandeep Basnet and Ayush Bohara will compete in the Hainan International Open Championship to be held in China from May 2 to 5. Indraraj Khadka will participate as an official.

The IOFCT, headquartered in the US, held the 15th edition of the IOFCT competition in Nepal on the occasion of its 25th anniversary last December. Now the 16th edition will be held in Melbourne, Australia in November.
