In his hometown Birgunj, Asif Sheikh scored the first double century in the history of the Prime Minister's Cup on Monday, as the departmental team APF defeated Madhesh Pradesh by a wide margin of 74 runs.

Asif Sheikh, batting explosively for APF, scored a brilliant double century of 208 runs off 142 balls. He hit 17 sixes and 15 fours in his innings. He retired.
