Abhishek won the match 6-6, 3-6, 10-7. In the previous match, he had won in straight sets. On Tuesday, he will compete in the third match of the qualifying round. In that, Abhishek will play against China's eighth seed Minhui Zhang.
If successful, he will be a competitor in the main draw of the men's singles. The clay court competition with a total prize money of $ 30,000 will continue until April 19.
Abhishek has played about a dozen and a half tournaments on the UTR Pro Tennis Tour. This is his first ITF tournament this year. Before that, he last played in Guam.
