Along with the title, Rupandehi received a cash prize of Rs 100,000, a trophy and a medal, while Palpa received a cash prize of Rs 65,000, a shield, a medal and a certificate.
Rukum East and Bardiya came in third and fourth in the competition, which was participated by 12 districts of Lumbini Province. Rukum East defeated Bardiya 3-1 in a set and Rukum East secured the third place. After losing the first set, Rukum East then won three consecutive sets to secure the third place.
Rukum East, which came third, received a cash prize of Rs 35,000 and Bardiya, which came in second, received a certificate along with Rs 15,000.
