The Koshi Province-level badminton competition is set to begin here from Thursday.
The competition is being organized by the District Badminton Association, Taplejung, at the Indreni Court in the district headquarters, Phungling.
District Badminton Association President Suresh Singhak informed that players from all 14 districts of Koshi Province will participate in the competition. According to him, the province-level competition will include men's singles and mixed doubles open competitions. The winner will receive 25,000 rupees and the runner-up 20,000 rupees.
According to Vice President Basanta Kumar Gurung, the competition will begin on Thursday morning and conclude on Saturday.
