In the women's athletic physique, Shila Thakuri of Divine Physical Fitness of Kathmandu became the winner. Mr. Ramapithecus Kshitij won the trophy along with Rs 200,000. He beat 70 athletes in 6 different weight categories.

Rajendra Sunar of Lumbini (Fitness Time Sainamaina) came second and Dharmaraj Khapung of Kathmandu (B&L Fitness) came third.
Nawalparasi's Namraj Dumre (Bhumahi Gym and Fitness) won the gold in the 65 kg group. Dynasty Fitness's Yogesh Gurung (Rupandehi) came second and Divine Physical Fitness's Namgel Lama came third. Misaka Fitness Lumbini's Madhav Subedi won the gold in the 70 kg group. Ultimate Gym's Anish Rasaili came second and Powerful Physical Fitness' Susan Shrestha came third. Similarly, in the above 70 kg weight category, Vyayam Mandir's Kshitij Thapa won. Platinum Gym's Deepjung Roka Magar came second and Fitness Mantra's Suraj Dangol came third.
In the women's athletic physique, Sheela won the gold, Lumbini's Chunkumari Pun (Bhyalu Bhairav Gym) came second and Rabina Kunwar (Sheetalnagar Fit and Gym) came third.
The winning players were awarded by Butwal Sub-metropolitan City Mayor Khelraj Pandye, Lumbini Province Physical Fitness and Fitness Association President Situ Prasad Shrestha, Butwal Municipal Sports Development Committee President Bonin Piya, Butwal Sub-metropolitan City-5 President Hari Prasad Shrestha, Ward No. 19 President Chandra Singh Thapa, Rupandehi District Physical Fitness and Fitness President Rajkumar Shrestha, and others.
Mayor Pandye said that Butwal Sub-metropolitan City has been allocating crores of rupees in the sports sector with the aim of making Butwal a sports hub and expressed confidence that such competitions would make a significant contribution to Butwal's economic prosperity.
Organizing Association President Shrestha said that their dream of holding a national-level physical fitness competition in Butwal has been fulfilled 10 years ago. On the same occasion, Saroj Shrestha (posthumously), Pratap Kaji Bariya, Shyam Shrestha, and Nirmala Maharjan, who made significant contributions to the development of physical fitness sports, were honored with copper plaques.
