Kantipur Max is going to broadcast the Indian Premier League (IPL) live. For the second consecutive year, Kantipur Max is going to broadcast the biggest and most glamorous league in world cricket live.

The 19th edition of the IPL, which started in 2008, is starting on Saturday.

Defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore will face Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in the first match of the day.

Kantipur Max One and Two will broadcast all the matches of the IPL live and IPL will reach the homes of Nepalis. Last year, Kantipur Max had broadcast all 74 matches of the IPL live. Kantipur Media Group has stated that a match preview will be held before the start of the match.

The broadcasting title partner is Extreme and the powered by Laminar Tiles and Mangalam Pipes. For that, Kantipur Media Group has signed a sponsorship agreement with the title partner Extreme and the powered by Lumbini Ceramics and Mangalam Industries.

Sagar KC, Business Head of Kantipur Media Group and Sonia Rana, Business Head of Extreme Energy Drinks, Lumbini Ceramics Head Shyam Khetan and Chief Executive Officer of Mangalam Industries Abhinav Churiwal signed the agreement.

He discussed the great contribution of the business house in bringing a big event like IPL. Rana, Business Head of Extreme Energy Drinks, said that she has been collaborating with many sports events due to her continuous love and affection for sports. Khaitan, Head of Lumbini Ceramics, said that she is associated with IPL through Kantipur because she was associated with cricket in the past.

Churiwal, Chief Executive Officer of Mangalam Industries, said that his company has been collaborating with cricket for 17 years and is now going to continue it.

Suraj Singh Thakuri, Chief Executive Officer of Kantipur Television, said that they are moving forward with the goal of broadcasting Nepali Hos or the world's biggest events live on Max.

Kantipur Max has been broadcasting the world's biggest sports events live. Kantipur Max had previously broadcast the Nepal Premier League (NPL) live.

Kantipur Max is currently broadcasting live English Premier League (EPL) matches. Earlier, it had broadcast live Wimbledon, Nepali football, futsal, and volleyball leagues.

Kantipur Max recently broadcasted the Twenty20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka live with Nepali and English commentary. The IPL, however, was broadcast live only with English commentary.
