Pro Sanjay Lama's team has won the Surya Nepal Western Open Pro Am title with 139 points. Sanjay scored 34 points, while amateur players Satyajot Rana scored 39, Geeta Gurung scored 35 and Tendy Sherpa scored 31 points.

Pro Ravi Khadka's team came second with 122 points. Ravi scored 30, Som Gurung and Fursang Lama scored 31 points each and Shyam Tamang scored 30 points. Pro Bhuvan Nagarkoti's team came third with 118 points. Along with Bhuvan, amateur players Sujan Thapa and Ranjan Thapa scored 30 points each and Kamal Subedi scored 28 points.

Geeta Gurung scored the best score in the women's category. She scored 35 points. Jay Nugent won the title of longest drive in the competition and Subodh Thapa won the title of closest to the pin. Bhuwan Nagarkoti won the title of Surya Nepal Western Open held on Friday. He managed to complete a hat-trick of titles by beating Sanjay Lama by one stroke with an overall score of 3-under 204. Sanjay Lama came second and amateur Rahul Bishwakarma came third.

This time, the players received a total of 1 million 50 thousand in cash prizes in the competition sponsored by Surya Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Bhuwan received 1 million 70 thousand, Sanjay who came second received 1 million 25 thousand and Shukra Bahadur Rai who came third in the pro category received 1 million cash prizes.

Nepal Golf Association President Tasi Ghale, Gandaki Province Golf Association President Indradhara Bista and Kaski District Golf Association Vice President Bhaktaraj Gurung distributed prizes to the winning players of the Pro Am. A total of 90 players, including 75 amateurs and 15 professionals, competed in the Pro Am.
