SPA College, a leading educational institution in the Far West Province, has appointed Lokesh Bam, a member of the national cricket team, as the college's brand ambassador.
The official brand ambassador of SPA was announced at a program organized on Tuesday. The college stated that Lokesh was given the responsibility with the aim of inspiring students in the fields of education, sports and personality development.
Lokesh is also a student of SPA College. He is known as a talented wicketkeeper/batter in Nepali cricket. He has made significant contributions to the pride of the Far West Province and the nation by performing excellently in national, international and domestic competitions, including the recently concluded Twenty20 World Cup qualifiers.
After being appointed as the brand ambassador, Lokesh said that he was happy to be associated with the college where he studied. He expressed his gratitude to the college's Managing Director Subash Shahi, stating that SPA College has always encouraged students.
Campus Chief Budhram Chaudhary said that SPA is a pioneering institution in both education and sports and has been providing opportunities to talents of all sports and disciplines with equal importance for the successful future of students.
College Managing Director Subash Shahi also said that appointing Lokesh as the brand ambassador is a matter of pride for the college. On the same occasion, an inspiring question-and-answer and interaction program was also held between Lokesh Bam and the students.
Earlier, SPA has also appointed cricket players including Narayan Joshi, Kavita Kunwar and Sher Malla as ambassadors.
