Akash Dulal has won the net title of the 'NYEF Amateur Golf Tournament-026' organized by the Nepal Youth Entrepreneur Forum (NYEF) Sunsari Chapter.
Dulal achieved the top position by scoring 39 net in the tournament held at the Dharan Sub-metropolitan Golf Course on Tuesday.
Similarly, Pramod Rai came second with a net score of 36, while Deepak Pokharel, who scored the same 36 net, was limited to third place on the basis of count-back.
Sundar Rai was declared first in the gross category by scoring 69. Aastha Dulal came first in the women's category with a score of 36, while Bom Prasad Limbu won the title in the senior category with a score of 33. While Vivek Rai won the Longest Drive award in the competition, Nitesh Gupta won the 'Nearest to the Pin' and Padmahang Limbu won the 'Most Birdies'.
NYEF Sunsari President Rajiv Ghimire said that more than 150 entrepreneurs, businessmen and professionals were present at the competition. The closing ceremony of the competition was held at Soaltee Westland in Itahari, according to the organizers.
