Akshara and Galaxy have reached the semi-finals of the first Matrubhumi Inter-School U-14 T-10 Cricket Tournament.

Both teams that will reach the semi-finals from Group 'B' have been decided. Akshara, which won 100%, became the group winner with 6 points. Galaxy, which won 2 and lost 1, became the group runner-up with 4 points.

In the match held at the One Day Cricket Academy in Kageshwori Manohara Municipality, Akshara defeated Galaxy by 47 runs, hosts Matrubhumi School by 25 runs and Sahara National School by 9 wickets. Galaxy defeated Matrubhumi by 9 wickets and Sahara by 38 runs. Matrubhumi, which won the consolation win, defeated Sahara by 43 runs.

All the league matches of Group 'A' will be held on Friday. Vinayak and Janapremi, Global and Janapremi, Vinayak and Global, Janapremi and James, James and Global and James and Vinayak will be the semi-finalists.

8 student teams are participating in the competition. The winner will receive 50 thousand and the runner-up will receive 25 thousand.
