Butwal Kalika, who were invited to bat after losing the toss in the first semi-final, scored 99 runs for the loss of 8 wickets. Sandesh Thapa scored 21, Raj Khanal 16, Bishal Bhusal 15 and Rohit Paswan 14 runs for them. In bowling, Nepathya College's Sandeep Yadav and Ganesh Dhital took 2-2 and Roshan Basyal, Praveen Dhakal and Arif Ahmed took 1-1 wicket each.
In reply, Nepathya scored 100 runs for the loss of 7 wickets and won. In their victory, Pratik Bhattarai contributed 35, Sandeep Yadav 34 and Laxman Kumal 10 runs. In bowling, Butwal Kalika's Bishal Bhusal took 3 wickets and Bipin Bhattarai 1 wicket. Sandeep Yadav was named player of the match and received Rs 1,000.
