The Spanish La Liga title race took a new turn on Saturday, with Real Madrid losing 2-1 at the hands of Osasuna.

With the game heading towards a draw, Raul Garcia scored the winning goal for Osasuna in the 90th minute.

Osasuna had taken the lead in the first half through Ante Budimir. Vinicius Junior then equalized in the second half. Despite the defeat, Real remain top on 60 points. But Barcelona now have a chance to overtake Real.

Barcelona are second on 58 points. Atletico Madrid are fourth on 48 points and beat Espanyol 4-2 in their other match.
