Dilika Vlone won the gold medal by defeating India's Sai Aarushi Naga in the women's 59 kg weight category final on Friday at the competition being held at the Rakhep Covered Hall.

Dilika Vlon, who is in the Mission 2026 national team camp, has won a gold medal at the 4th Mount Everest International Taekwondo Competition.

In the women's 59 kg weight category final on Friday, Dilika defeated India's Sai Aarushi Naga to win gold. Nepal's Shristi Bik and Saraswati Bhujel won bronze.

In the junior women's 42 kg weight category, Kritika Katuwal defeated Chandni Khatun to win gold. Nepal's Diya Lakhaju and India's Kastur Saikia won bronze.

In the women's 44 kg weight category, Kritika Thapa Magar of Nepal defeated Sampada Siwakoti in the final and won gold. Dipisha Neupane and Kalpana Pandey won bronze. In the 46 kg weight category, Nepal's Laxmi Gotame defeated Junu Rai to win gold. Karina Doli and Samika Dahal won bronze.

In the women's 49 kg weight category, Nepal's Sonia Tamang defeated Rojisa Khadka to win gold. Samana Bista and Sonam Mahato won bronze. In the 52 kg category, Nepal's Nirjala Mahate defeated Sushma Kumari Nepali to win the gold medal. India's Ritu Kumari  and Nepal's Drishti Tamang won the bronze.

In the junior men's 48 kg category, Nepal's Eamon Rana defeated India's Ahmed Tahan in the final to win the gold medal. In the 45 kg category, Nepal's Lalit Rana Magar defeated Subhash Dhami in the final to win the gold medal.  In the 51 kg category, Nepal's Sameer Kunwar defeated Bilux Malla to win the gold medal. India's Ayush Singh and Nepal's Ajay Gharti Chhetri won the bronze medals.
