Loyalty reached the quarterfinals as the winner of Group 'B' and Ferryland as the runner-up. Loyalty defeated Rising Star 3-0, Ferryland 1-0, and Manjari 2-0. Ferryland defeated Manjari 7-0 and Rising Star 2-1.
Minister Kumar Ingnam inaugurated the tournament. Loyalty's founding chairman Vijay Sambhamphe presided over the inaugural program, which was attended by Loyalty's founding director Nanda Subba, Loyalty's principal Birendra Kurumwang and others. 16 teams are participating in the tournament, which will run until Falgun 8.
