Nepal's Jit Bahadur Bote and Sita Tamang won the gold medal in the under-40 mixed poomse at the competition being held at the Rakhep Covered Hall in Tripureshwor. Nepal's Jit Bahadur Bote, Prem Bahadur Limbu and Anjan Chaudhary won the gold medal in the men's team poomse.
Hong Kong's Li Lai Kong won the women's single poomse under 40 and Nepal's Prem Bahadur Limbu won the men's. Malaysia's Hau Ken Chow won the men's under-30 gold, Malaysia won the men's under-30 gold, and Malaysia won the mixed pair under 30 gold.
