For the United States, Andris Gus and Sayan Jahagir shared a 42-run partnership for the first wicket, but the team could not take advantage of it. Jahagir added 49 runs in 34 balls. Towards the end of the match, Shubham Krishnamurthy scored 51 runs while completing his half-century.
Among the Pakistani bowlers, Uman Tariq took three wickets and Shadab Khan took two wickets. Earlier, Pakistan had scored 190 runs for nine wickets while batting first. Sahibzada Farhan's 73 runs and Babar Azam's 46 runs were the biggest contributors to that. Farhan faced only 41 balls and hit 6 fours and 5 sixes.
Towards the end, Sadab added 30 runs. Among the American bowlers, Sadley Vann took 4 wickets for 25 runs.
