The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has announced that preparations for the ANFA Women's Football Championship to be held in Udayapur are complete.

The tournament will be held at the Tharuhat Stadium in Triyuga Municipality from Falgun 1 to 9 on a knockout basis. The organizer ANFA stated that preparations for the tournament have been completed in a press conference on Monday.

10 teams including Church Boys United, NRT, Tribhuvan Army, Nepal Police, APF Club, Sankata Club, FC Riale, RS Resort and Beach Football, Gaighat FC, and Chhahari FC will compete in the tournament.

The winner will win 750,000 rupees and the runner-up will win 500,000 rupees. The fair play team, best player, best goalkeeper, and top scorer will each receive 50,000 rupees. The estimated budget of the tournament is 12 million 62,020 rupees. All games will be broadcast live on the YouTube and Facebook pages of Khiladi.com, ANFA stated.

The opening match will be between Gaighai FC and NRT. Nepal Police and FC Riale will play on the second day.
