Khumjung Youth Club, Namche Youth Club and Khumbu United Club won the 15th Khumbu Lhosar Cup football tournament on Sunday.

Khumjung defeated Khumbu Yangbu Sherpa Society 1-0 at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato. Player of the Match Pasang Sherpa scored the decisive goal.

Namche defeated Thamichhewa Football Team 2-0 in a competition organized by Mahendra Jyoti Alumni Forum Farak. Namche's Bishal Magar and Sudip Rai scored the goals. Namche's Tenzing Phunsok Sherpa was declared the Player of the Match.

In the final match, Khumbu defeated Ama Dablam Youth Club 2-1. Khumbu's Player of the Match Mingma Rajbhandari and Tenzing David Sherpa scored 1 goal each. Ama Dablam's Ambe scored 1 goal.

Under the main sponsorship of 14 Peaks Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. and co-sponsored by Heli Everest Pvt. Ltd. and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality, the Khunde Community Club and Khumbu Yangbu Sherpa Society and the Organizing Forum and Khumjung Youth Club will compete on Monday.
