The match at the Dharan Stadium ended in a 1-1 draw, and due to lack of time, the match was decided directly through a penalty shootout. Vibek Rai, Sabin Rai, Prajal Thapa and Nagen Rai scored goals for Dharan in the penalty shootout. Sharad Munda and Saiza scored only for Georgian.

This time, 10 teams are participating in the competition, which will run until Falgun 2. The winning team of the competition will receive a cash prize of Rs 1 million, while the runner-up team will receive a prize of Rs 5 million. Both prizes have been provided by the Dharan Sub-metropolitan City.
